General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the jeeta baji platform and any user of the platform. These Terms apply to the use of services provided through the jeeta baji website, mobile application or any other digital channel.

By accessing the site, creating an account or using any service, the user is considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested not to use the site.

jeeta baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest revised version takes effect as soon as it is published on the site. It is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly.

1.1 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations. Users from regions where online gaming is entirely prohibited use the platform knowingly and at their own risk. jeeta baji accepts no liability in this regard.

Account Registration

A personal account registration is required to fully use jeeta baji's services. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

2.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual may operate only one account. Having multiple accounts is prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts may be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

• Full name, date of birth and contact details must be provided accurately.
• Registration must be verified using the OTP sent to your mobile number or email address.
• Any changes to your information must be updated in account settings without delay.
• Providing false information may result in account suspension or cancellation.

2.3 Account Transfer

A jeeta baji account is entirely personal. No account may be sold, transferred or rented to a third party.

Age Limit and Identity Verification

All jeeta baji services are exclusively for persons aged 21 or above. Minors are not permitted to use this platform under any circumstances.

At any time, jeeta baji may ask users to submit a government-issued ID or other documents to verify their age, identity and source of funds. The right to suspend withdrawal access until the verification process is complete is reserved.

Acceptable documents for identity verification include a National ID card, passport or driving licence. Images of documents must be clear and legible.

Account Security

Keeping login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely the user's responsibility. The account holder is responsible for all activities carried out through the account.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the support team immediately.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.

jeeta baji will never ask for your password by email or chat. Treat any such request as fraudulent.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit at jeeta baji is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank).

5.1 Deposit Process

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the support team. The account used for a deposit must be registered in the user's own name.

5.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Identity verification must be complete before withdrawals can be made. It is recommended that the withdrawal method match the deposit method.

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, a withdrawal may be held pending investigation.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Bonuses and Promotions

jeeta baji offers new users a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount.

6.1 Bonus Example

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500. Another example: a deposit of ৳6,800 reaches the maximum cap, so the bonus is ৳5,000, the total balance is ৳11,800 and the wagering requirement is ৳5,000 × 25 = ৳1,25,000.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used in eligible games and betting sections.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless a specific provision allows it.
• Bonuses expire within a set period; unused bonuses are cancelled.
• In the event of bonus abuse, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.

6.3 VIP Program

The jeeta baji VIP program has four levels: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; and Platinum — up to 1.2%. Weekly cashback is calculated on the total net loss for that week. For example, a Gold member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to participation in jeeta baji's sports betting, casino games, live casino and other sections.

7.1 Bet Validity

jeeta baji reserves the right to accept, reject or void any bet for any reason. In abnormal market conditions — such as match fixing or incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error — the relevant bet will be considered void.

7.2 Game Results

All game results are determined through technically verifiable, impartial systems. If a connection is lost during a game session or a platform error occurs, the outcome of the bet depends on the system record at that time.

7.3 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits are set for each section and market and may change from time to time. jeeta baji reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual users.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation, forfeiture of all funds and legal action:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Placing bets or operating games through automated or robotic means.
• Attempting to access another user's account or hacking.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Gaining an advantage through fraudulent or false information.

Responsible Gaming
